Contrary to what someone replied here earlier that the story is all fiction. I
beg to disagree. Why?
The Dossiers Secrets, the organization Opus Dei, the existence of a child Sara
and the military arm Knights Templar did exist. However, it is the possible
connection of all this to the idea that Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene did have
a child may be false. It is how Dan Brown has portrayed this connection in such
a convincing manner with sources that has made his book a so popular.
The existence of Opus Dei/Knights Templar and the works do not make the work any
less fictious, especially when all parties involved in the book are
exaggerrated. Opus Dei does not have monks as members, let alone ones that work
as assassins. The chances of the Knights Templar still being active are slim to
none.
Thus, regardless of how many real organizations it plays on, it is still
fiction.
His convincing manner is not convincing to people who look at it from a distance
instead of falling into the trap he created as a clever author.
I try as much as I can to look at this book from a distance. I seem to have
sounded from my previous post that I totally believe in everything that Dan
Brown had laid down. However, I assure you that I do not. Faith and trust in my
religion is not something to be taken lightly and I was merely explaining that
Opus Dei, Knights Templar, Dossiers Secrets, etc. truly did exist but not as how
Dan Brown has portrayed them to be. I have, still and always will regard
"The Da Vinci Code" as a truly interesting work of fiction and nothing
else. Thanks for helping me clarify that.
To be perfectly honest, i've always wanted to have a pet tiger. or perhaps a
black panther for that matter. no other animal compares to the sensuality of
feline grace
If the graphics are even better than that in World of Warcraft, I can't wait for
the movie to come out! But if the release date hasn't been set yet, that could
mean that the movie won't come out for maybe at least a year? hope not. anyway,
thanks for sharing that info
I've heard from many who've watched the movie already that there were many parts
that were quite... hmm... should i say it?... BORING...
For those who've read the book first then watched the movie, perhaps you can all
agree with me that the book was far better in terms of story comprehension (I
swear I couldn't even put the book down since page 1). For those who do not
agree with me, don't take my opinion too seriously. It is just after all my
opinion.

Quote by twilightsigilI hope they
do make more movies cause they are AWESOME but still it would take about 3 years
to make one...

It takes 3 years to make one?!
that'll take forever... i can't wait that long! lol.
anyway, if they do make a movie, i hope that they'd still be able to maintain
the great fight sequences or perhaps even improve on them. (Btw, Tifa truly
rocks in FF7AC )
if you wanna enjoy college, i suggest that you take a course you're truly
interested in... its true that you lose many of your friends in high school due
to your new hectic sched but that doesn't mean you can't make new friends in
college be wary of professors who aren't afraid of giving failing marks by
asking the higher batches (if you know any) who to look out for. i admit i've
enjoyed college life so far; got lots of friends and i have a tad bit more
freedom now than when i was in high school. you just have to learn to balance
your social life and school life properly so that you don't get too stressed
out. good luck in your endeavors
I guess what makes Cowboy Bebop really interesting and fun to watch is the fact
that it's very original. Besides, when you've got great action sequences,
beautifully made visuals and an addictive storyline to top that... what's not to
love?
